As General Secretary, the CV records operational procedures for four functional wings and end-to-end delivery of more than 20 academic events for 500+ students.

Taught a three-session biostatistics series for about 60 medical and nursing students. Earlier research workshops included a nationwide online series that reached 250+ health-science students and a Research 101 session for 500+ pre-medical students.

For ISRC 2025, chaired the Workshops Committee. The CV records 12 pre-conference workshops for 400+ participants, 1,200+ abstracts from six countries, and 300 poster presentations. I also conducted 60+ technical abstract reviews and helped plan journal clubs, mentorship sessions, and plenaries.

Earlier conference work included the 2023 ISRC hybrid technology and 200+ attendee logistics, and assessment frameworks for ISRC 2024.

Served as Director and Co-Director of the MedTech Wing at the Society for Promotion of Innovation in Medical Education.

Designed and taught Python workshops for medical and nursing students, from computational thinking and basic syntax through object-oriented programming, data structures, data cleaning, statistics, visualization, and generative AI.

Co-organized a five-day CME-accredited R course with the Health Data Science Centre and trained 50 research associates in descriptive and inferential statistics, regression, and survival analysis.

The CV also records a medical-AI summit, four clinical-skills workshops for 400+ participants, and a coding bootcamp for 75+ medical and nursing students. These were team programs with distinct teaching roles.

Other work included active-recall and Anki sessions, a visit to SIUT with robotic-surgery simulation and observation, and technical guidelines for the Innovation to Incision hackathon.

The team developed a neural-network model and web demonstration for exploring surgical-site infection risk from routine laboratory markers. The CV records second place and a PKR 75,000 prize.
